Why It Matters

Parents Will Ask. The Only Question Is Who Answers.

Every piece of information a school holds eventually gets requested by a parent — usually by phone, usually to whoever picks up.

A portal does not reduce the number of questions; it changes who has to answer them. Attendance, results, fee balances, timetables and notices published to parents directly remove the calls that exist only because nobody could see anything. What stays visible, and when, is controlled by the school — nothing is exposed before it is released.

Common before the system
  • The office answers the same questions every term
  • Parents hear about absences days later
  • Fee balances are only available by calling
  • Notices reach some families and not others
Questions Schools Ask

Before You Ask Us

Only what the school releases: attendance, results, fees, timetable, notices and events. Visibility is configured per item, and results stay hidden until published.

Parent, student and teacher access is designed for phones, which is how most families will use it.

Yes. A guardian sees each linked child from a single account rather than logging in separately.
