Why It Matters

Marks Entered Once. Results Everywhere They Are Needed.

Most schools can produce a term report. Far fewer can answer whether a student is improving, or which subject a whole grade is quietly failing.

When marks are typed into one spreadsheet for the report card and a different one for the analysis, neither is trusted. Entering marks once against the student record means report cards, rankings, subject trends and parent communication are all generated from the same numbers — and the pattern across three terms is visible without anyone compiling it by hand.

Common before the system
  • Marks are keyed separately for reports and for analysis
  • Report cards are assembled manually each term
  • No reliable view of a student’s progress over time
  • Subject-level weakness is noticed only at year-end
Questions Schools Ask

Before You Ask Us

Yes. Grading scales, weightings, pass marks and report-card formats are configured to the school rather than fixed by the system.

Yes. Assignments, class tests and continuous assessment can carry their own weighting into the final term result.

Through the parent portal or app once results are released, which is controlled by the school — nothing is visible before you publish it.
