02

Admission Management

Review applications, verify documents, record decisions and move approved applicants into registration.

03

Student Registration

Create the official student record with student ID, guardian links, grade, class, batch and related information.

04

Student 360° Profile

Maintain the student profile and connected history across academics, attendance, fees, achievements and other school processes.

05

Promotion & Academic Year Rollover

Move students to the next grade, class or academic year while keeping the previous history intact.

06

Transfer, Completion & Alumni

Manage transfers, withdrawals, completion, leaving records and the transition to alumni status.

Lifecycle Flow

One Record Through Every Stage

Online Application→ Admission→ Registration→ Student Profile→ Promotion→ Transfer / Completion→ Alumni

Why It Matters

Admission Season Should Not Live in Spreadsheets.

In most Sri Lankan schools the application, the admission decision and the student register are three separate exercises — so the same details are written out three times.

When those stages are disconnected, the earliest record (how a student arrived, what was verified, what was promised) is the first thing lost. Keeping one record from enquiry through to alumni means the class teacher, the bursar and the principal are all reading the same history instead of three partial versions of it.

Common before the system
  • Applications arrive on paper, by email and in person
  • The same student details are re-entered at every stage
  • Last year’s register lives in a different file
  • No single view of a student’s full history
Questions Schools Ask

Before You Ask Us

Yes. The application form is configured to your admission criteria and required documents, and submissions arrive in the same system your staff review and approve in — so nothing is re-keyed.

Students are promoted by grade, class or batch in one operation. The previous year stays intact as history rather than being overwritten, so you can still see where a student was two years ago.

Yes. Transfers, withdrawals and completions change the student’s status rather than deleting the record, which is what makes certificates and confirmations possible years later.
